When is zombie mode coming to Call of Duty: Mobile? It’s a question players have been asking since the game launched on iOS and Android on October 1.
Leaks said that the anticipated mode would come with the game’s Halloween update on October 30. However, it appears those leaks were false — or that the team was unable to hit that target for unknown reasons.
There’s no doubt that zombies is one of the most beloved modes in the Call of Duty franchise. Many fans lamented the exclusion of the mode from this year’s Modern Warfare reboot, with Activision citing “realism” as the reason it wasn’t included.
Though it seems the recent conjecture surrounding CoD: Mobile has centered on the game’s Halloween Lucky Draw system, that doesn’t mean fans haven’t been asking about zombies if the comments in a recent community Reddit update are anything to go by.
Call of Duty: Mobile Zombies Mode Release Date: When Will It Release?
Right now, we don’t know when zombie mode will come to Call of Duty: Mobile. Activision has not yet released any official information on the mode’s release. The game’s official Twitter account has been silent on zombies, and there’s no mention of the mode on the Activision blog.
The most recent update to the mobile title was its Halloween event, which brought to players a bevy of limited-time modes, themes, and skills. In a more recent community update, the development team discussed changes coming to the event’s Lucky Draw system, the inclusion of bots in the game, and in-game credits.
Though the community update provided information on what players can expect in the near term, it did not give any info past November 11 and the Airborne Class Event. Zombies mode may come to Call of Duty: Mobile sometime in November.
Why is Zombies Mode Not Out Yet?
Well, the simple answer to that question is this: zombies mode isn’t ready for release just yet. Presumably, Activision is still working on the mode, further polishing it before release.
Currently, there is no official information on the mode. Though some dataminers and players have reportedly leaked parts of the mode on YouTube and Reddit, Activision has remained mum on the mode. We’ve reached out to Activision about the mode and the rumors surrounding it.
