As expected, Sniper Elite V2 Remastered has quite a few collectibles. Just like the original Sniper Elite V2, each mission has two separate types: wine bottles and gold bars.
Finding wine bottles in V2 Remastered is just as vexing as it was in the original game. Indeed, some locations are harder to find than others. Finding them all will give you the Jungle Juice trophy/achievement.
This guide will show you exactly where to find each wine bottle in the game. We break things down by mission, providing screenshots for every location. The video at the top of this guide will also show you where to find the wine bottles if that’s easier. We did speed the video up just a tad since it was originally 22 minutes and figured you’d rather not sit through it all.
If you’re looking for all of the game’s gold bars, we have a guide for that, too. Be sure to check out our review of V2 Remastered to see why we said the sniper sim is starting to show its age.
Prologue
There is only one wine bottle in the prologue mission. Once you’ve taken out the target and have escaped the tank, you’ll come to a square full of patrolling guards. Make your way past them and climb the stairs toward the objective marker.
When you reach the top of the stairs, look to the building directly across the square. Look through the window in the middle. You’ll see the wine bottle sitting on top of a cupboard.
Mission 1: Schoneberg Convoy
Wine Bottle 1
After you’ve planted the explosives and reach the vantage point, look at the building directly in front of you. Follow the roof to the left. The bottle will be between the two chimneys on the roof, with a church steeple in the distant background.
Wine Bottle 2
While at the same vantage point, look to the right, along the right side of the street. There is a light pole, a stack of bricks, and a bronze advertisement cylinder. The second wine bottle is on top of the cylinder.
Mission 2: Mittelwerk Facility
Wine Bottle 1
As soon as you begin the mission, kill the guard in the tower in front of you. From the top of the tower, you can see a second guard tower across the area. The first wine bottle is on a crate in the tower.
Wine Bottle 2
From the same tower, take out all of the guards in the square below. After doing so, descend the tower and go to the house on the left. There is a guard patrolling in front of it. Kill him, and go all the way down to the end. Look in the window to find the second wine bottle next to a lamp on the desk.
Wine Bottle 3
Once you enter the bunker (Nord Tunnel), go past the machine gun nest. Continue straight and cross the first major intersection. You’ll be going into corridor 38 (a big, white 38 will be painted on the wall).
Go to the next intersection, minding the guards along the way. Turn right as soon as you exit. Look past the small crane and ladder to see the wine bottle resting on a cart in the distance (the cart has a big white tank on it).
Wine Bottle 4
For these next two wine bottles, you’ll need to plant the explosives in the previous section to move forward to Schwaiger’s Office.
Go toward the office (the main objective marker). Before you go up the stairs to go up to the office, turn around and look at the scaffolding on the far side of the hall. There will be a V2 rocket with scaffolding on the right and left side. Look at the top of the right-hand scaffolding to find the wine bottle.
Wine Bottle 5
Go into the office and look at the bookshelf behind the desk. The wine bottle is sitting on the top right-hand side.
Mission 3: Kaiser-Friedrich Museum
Wine Bottle 1
As soon as you begin the mission, turn right and go to the corner of the building. Look through the space where the window used to be, past the lamp post. The wine bottle is sitting at the top of the gate just past it.
Wine Bottle 2
From the last location, look to the right. The large domed building will have a large gap blown into it. The wine bottle is on a pillar just to the right of the blown out window.
Wine Bottle 3
After you pick up the Mosin-Nagant, go back into the room from which you entered (the one with the bed, fireplace, and ammo crate). Look through the window to the right of the ammo crate.
In the distance, you will see a gazebo past the anti-aircraft gun. Look to the bottom left of the gazebo steps to find the wine bottle near one of the gazebo’s poles.
Wine Bottle 4
After you plant the explosives on the bridge, go through the museum and go upstairs. Kill the guard at the top of the stairs and continue to the next set of guards. Kill them and look through the boarded up section.
The wine bottle is on top of a Roman column in the very back of the area.
Mission 4: Opernplatz
Wine Bottle 1
This wine bottle is near the beginning of the level. As you make your way toward the objective on the main street, a patrolling guard will exit an alleyway to your right. Let him pass and turn into the alley and immediately look up. The wine bottle is on the archway’s roof.
Wine Bottle 2
Continue down the alley and go into the building on the left. Sneak to the top floor (third floor). In the square outside, you’ll see a large horse statue. The wine bottle is just under the tail of the horse, on the right-hand side.
Wine Bottle 3
Continue until you get to the next objective, the assassination. During the cutscene, you’ll see the wine bottle on a broken piece of wall.
Once you regain control, the wine bottle is obscured by a Wehrmacht soldier. Kill the SS officer trying assassinate Schwaiger as quickly as possible, which will keep you from having to restart a checkpoint and make the soldier move. Then take your shot at the bottle.
Mission 5: St. Olibartus Church
Wine Bottle 1
When you begin the level, follow the path toward the objective. You’ll quickly come to an open area with soldiers and a tank blocking your path to the church.
Go into the building on the right side of the street. Go past the stairs and through the back of the house. When you exit, go straight until you hit the wall in front of you. Turn right and find the wine bottle nestled in the frame of a broken window.
Wine Bottle 2
Once you’ve entered the church, go to the top floor by first climbing the stairs and then climbing up the next set of broken ledges. At the top of the three broken ledges, turn left. Then turn left again to look out onto the main part of the church.
The wine bottle is on a broken beam out in the middle, just in front of you.
Wine Bottle 3
Turn right from the last wine bottle. In front of you, part of the church will be blown out, and you can look out over the streets below.
Look for the ruined truck on the left side of the road. In front of it is a pile of rubble that stretches out in a rectangle shape. Just in front of that rubble, on the ground, is the third wine bottle.
Wine Bottle 4
When you reach the top of the bell tower, you’ll get a Gewehr 43. As soon as the cutscene ends, enemies will swarm the area below the tower. However, there is a sniper shooting at you from the building straight across from you.
Take him out and then look to the left side of the room from which he was shooting. You’ll find the third wine bottle there, sitting on a beam.
Mission 6: Tiergarten Flak Tower
Wine Bottle 1
Go through the entire starting building. When you first exit out onto the street, German and Russian soldiers will be fighting in front of you. Above them, there is a bridge structure connecting the building on the right with the building on the left. The wine bottle is on the structure.
Wine Bottle 2
Continue toward the flak tower. When you reach the top of the stairs at the flak tower, look to the left. There are several green crates stacked on one another. The wine bottle is on top of the top crate.
Wine Bottle 3
Follow the stairs to the top of the flak tower. When you exit to go outside and receive the objective “Get to the Winch Room,” you’ll see another set of stairs going up to one of the larger, currently-firing anti-aircraft guns.
Look at the ledge in front of it to find the last wine bottle for this mission.
Mission 7: Karlshorst Command Post
Wine Bottle 1
As soon as you begin the mission, turn just a hair to your right and look down the road past the smoldering crater and the burning truck. You’ll see a half destroyed building with a green shutter at the end of the road.
The wine bottle is below the window on the precipice. Look near the right edge.
Wine Bottle 2
Continue toward the objective marker. After passing the downed plane, turn around and look just above the cockpit. The wine bottle is on top of the plane.
Wine Bottle 3
Destroy the tank in the square and take out the soldiers in the large building on the right-hand side. There is a tank hull and two machine gun nests in front of this building. To the left of the right-most machine gun nest is a set of crates. The wine bottle is on top of the crates.
Wine Bottle 4
From the crate above, turn left. Look for the ruined tower in the distance. The wine bottle is on a small pillar in the middle of the tower opening.
Wine Bottle 5
Go into the building with your objective and follow the stairs down. When you get to the bottom, go down the left side of the hall. Stop at the first pole and look at the ceiling. Past the fire there is a reinforcement beam. On top of the beam is the wine bottle.
Mission 8: Kreuzberg Headquarters
Wine Bottle 1
From your starting position, go through the destroyed house in which you start. When you reach the street, go straight across to the railing overlooking the water. You’ll be staring toward the objective marker.
Above the marker, there is a sign with the letter “U” on it. Aim down the sight to find the first wine bottle nestled in the “U”.
Wine Bottle 2
Stay where you are and turn left. There are two small pulleys on either side of the channel. Between them is a wooden pole, and the bottle is on top of the pole.
Wine Bottle 3
Continue toward the objective and go through the tunnel. At the top of the stairs, stop and look to the medium-sized, ruined building in the center of the square. There are five acorn-shaped pillars on top of it. From left to right, the wine bottle is on the third one.
Wine Bottle 4
Stay where you are. There is a building behind the ruined one. Look at its top-most windows. From left to right, count five windows. The wine bottle is on the edge of the fifth window.
Mission 9: Kopenick Launch Site
Wine Bottle 1
When you start the mission, turn slightly to the right and look over the broken wall to the church tower in the distance. Look at the right opening of the tower. The wine bottle is there.
Wine Bottle 2
When you enter the trenches, hang a right, then follow the path to the left. You’ll come to a room with two guards standing at the entrance. The wine bottle is on a crate directly behind them.
Wine Bottle 3
After climbing through the boxcars and reaching the train depot, take out the officer and the soldier inside the depot. Then look through the middle window to the scaffolding near the rocket in the distance. The wine bottle is on the scaffolding.
Mission 10: Brandenburg Gate
Wine Bottle 1
From the beginning of the level, continue toward the objective through the heavily guarded area. Quickly, you’ll come to an area with two trucks guarded by machine gun nests.
On the left, near the back of the area, you will see the Brandenburg Hotel. Just in front of the hotel’s entrance is a table next to several crates. The wine bottle is on the table.
Wine Bottle 2
Continue through the hotel, climb the stairs, and drop down through the hole in the floor. As soon as you land, you’ll see a pillar directly in front of you. The wine bottle is on top of the pillar.
Wine Bottle 3
From there, walk outside and immediately turn right. Look at the objective marker on the Brandenburg Gate. Zoom in on the corner just above the objective marker to find the last wine bottle.
