Phoenix Wright fans can now stop slamming their hands against tables in protest. Capcom announced during their “World of Capcom” panel at New York Comic Con that Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy will be coming out in North America on the Nintendo 3DS eShop on December 9th. European defense attorneys can download the game on December 11th.

The Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy features high-resolution versions of the first three Phoenix Wright titles (Ace Attorney, Justice for All, and Trials and Tribulations) with new redrawn art and 3D support. Veteran fans will be happy to hear that Capcom’s localization team ran another pass over the dialogue to eliminate typos present in the first run of the games. There’s even an option to switch between English and Japanese text.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy is shaping up to be superior to the old iOS port of the original games in every way. There hasn’t been any news on pricing, but I’m going to recommend getting it anyway because playing more Phoenix Wright is good for you. My doctor told me so.
