Buzz Aldrin and the crew of Apollo 11 made history in 1969 by becoming the first humans to land on the moon, winning the space race at the same time. Planting the flag of the United States of America, the lunar module is left behind on the surface of Luna. A live, televised event, the whole country celebrated the advancement of science and exploration.

To this day in Starfield, the Eagle lunar module and U.S. Flag can be found on the moon of Earth. To register the landing zone in your activities, find the book Sir Livingston’s Second Journal. Thankfully, you don’t have to look very hard for it, as you can find it in the pink-decorated bedroom in the Lodge in New Atlantis. Once you read it, the activity will populate, and you can pick the spot on the moon to arrive at.

When you land, you’ll see the Eagle sitting there, as well as the flag. It appears to be blowing in the wind but doesn’t actually move when you change angles. If you’re here just to collect the landmark’s snow globe, you’ll find it on top of the lunar module. According to the journal, visiting the landmark is a type of Constellation rite of passage, so congratulations on finishing it.
