Crown of Jerrod

  • Attack: +525
  • Block: +110

The crown of King of Edenia increases both your critical hit chance and HP by 12%. But the best part about this item is that the wielder of the Crown of Jerrod gains an extra 20% healing whenever an ally heals them. I definitely recommend this gear item to Baraka, Kung Lao (Razor Hat), and Skarlet.

Wrath Hammer

  • Attack: +525
  • Block: +55

This powerful hammer is all about damage, increasing all your attacks by 12% and your critical damage by 15%. I especially like an additional attack buff whenever your HP drops below 30%. Also, whenever another ally revives you, your special attack is always fully charged. I highly recommend Wrath Hammer for Tarkatan Warrior (Brute), Nightwolf, and Shao Kahn.

Edenia Kamidogu

  • Health: +5,250
  • Defense: +55

The best defensive relic in the game is Edenia Kamidgou, which grants a 12% boost to your defense and dodge abilities. The owner of this relic has the power to revive one ally with 20% HP, but unfortunately, they can’t revive themselves. Give it to Lin Kuei (Cryomancer), Erron Black (Deadeye), Jax (Fire Support), Fujin, and Shaolin Monk (Master).

Fury of the Matoka Tribe

  • Accuracy: +88
  • Mastery: +88

Here’s a special and very powerful melee weapon that increases both your attack and defense by 8%. But you’ll mostly need it for its ability to stun enemies that have been affected by your auto-abilities. This is a great weapon for Spirit (Deadly), Erron Black, Frost, Kano, and Kitana.

Kafallah Clarion

  • Attack: +525
  • Tenacity: +110

Although its primary stats are focused on attack and tenacity, Kafallah Clarion basic bonuses grant players a 12% boost to their defenses and HP. It also has this very cool ability to summon an Oni spirit that can continue fighting after one of your allies dies. The spirit gains 20% of the dead ally’s stats! This could be a great item for Black Dragon (Firestarter), Jax, Liu Kang, and Kung Lao.

Drahmin’s Mask

  • Attack: +525
  • Accuracy: +110

Equip this mask on any character who requires more tenacity and HP, as well as attack power. Note that this specific item synergizes with the Netherrealm allies, so be sure to include as many as you can in your team. Each such ally will add an extra 10% to your attack and HP. Be sure to give it to Goro, Noob Saibot, and Black Dragon (Firestarter).

Datusha Kris

  • Attack: +420
  • Initiative: +18

This melee weapon is simple yet highly effective, being able to deal an extra 20% damage with each basic attack. I’m sure it’ll fit such characters as Jade, Liu Kang, Baraka, Johnny Cage, and Kung Lao (Razor Hat).

Superstar Boom Mic

  • Attack: +525
  • Health: +5,250

A signature Johnny Cage relic is one of the few that has a unique fatality if Cage is equipped with it, where he stabs his opponent with the Superstar Boom Mic. But there’s a lot more to it, as it also grants any character who wields it a 12% critical hit chance and a 15% bonus to critical damage. If Sonya Blade is your teammate, then you also get a 10% attack boost.

Bloodstone of Vaeternus

  • Attack: +525
  • Accuracy: +110

If you like the effects of Superstar Boom Mic, but don’t want to play as Johnny Cage, then this would be the best alternative. It has the same critical damage bonus but also a 20% boost to your D.O.T. damage. Bloodstone of Vaeternus can be well used by Baraka, Mileena, Scorpion, Kung Lao (Razor Hat), and Skarlet.

Cryomancer’s Orb

  • Attack: +420
  • Defense: +44

This magical orb can turn anyone into a Sub-Zero character, as it has a 5% chance to apply the Frozen status effect on an enemy after each of your successful blocks. On top of that, Cryomancer’s Orb improves your mastery by 10% and grants a 10% critical hit chance. I’d use this item with Erron Black (Deadeye), Jax (Fire Support), Quan Chi, Shao Kahn, and Sonya Blade.

Psych Bomb

  • Attack: +420
  • Accuracy: +88

There are a few really good ranged characters in Mortal Kombat: Onslaught, and this rare weapon would fit them perfectly. It boosts all your ranged damage by 15% and grants a 15% bonus to your critical damage. Give this weapon to Spirit (Deadly), Erron Black, Frost, Kitana, and Raiden.

Dragon Medallion

  • Health: +4,200
  • Mastery: +88

The final gear item on our list is a medallion that improves your healing, tenacity, and dodge abilities. You can also use it to buff the defense of a healed ally, which makes it a perfect choice for all supporter healer characters. My personal favorites would be Fujin, Special Forces (Medic), Shaolin Monk (Master), Spirit (Mending), and Shang Tsung.
