The item level is 20, quality is Magic, and the statistics it offers are as follows:

PvP Move SPD +3

Considering the fact that the planet your avatar occupies has a toxic environment and is filled to the brim with legions of nasties that would like nothing more than to see your head on a spike you’d think that you’d be geared up in the biggest, baddest futuristic power suits that science could offer. Well, you are.

The best and brightest scientific minds came up with a see-through latex catsuit.

Perhaps the intent was to titillate the enemy to distraction, enabling an easy finish whilst they were… occupied. That would have been a brilliant plan, if it weren’t for the fact that the vast majority of the enemies you face are either biological or mechanical monstrosities armed to the teeth with an assortment of weapons engineered to kill you in the most painful way possible, or other super-powered heterosexual women who are also armed to the teeth with an assortment of weapons engineered to kill you in the most painful way possible.

But I digress. Perhaps I am being overly critical of a design that leaves little to target and less to imagine. In which event, I shall leave you with this.
