Warcraft Rumble is teeming with currencies and rewards, from arclight to good ol’ gold. One of the more mysterious ones is the Big Red Button, which you might be hesitant to use. Here’s what the Big Red Button does and why you should use it.
What Does the Big Red Button Do in Warcraft Rumble?
The Big Red Button in Warcraft Rumble allows you to recycle the G.R.I.D. Since the store shifts what minis, leaders, and talents are up for sale on a timer, you might find yourself stuck with a lackluster selection. However, you’ll see the red button as an option at the bottom that says “Recycle Grid.”
How to Use the Big Red Button
If you press it, a larger option appears that says “Do it,” and in the bottom left corner, you can see how many red buttons you have remaining. Or, if you change your mind, you can hit “Cancel” to go back. The first option will cause the cards on the grid to explode, wiping all options and leaving behind new selections in their wake. Additionally, the button will say “Again!” if you have more to use. You can continue to recycle the grid until you’re out of the item.
It might look intimidating at first, especially since red buttons make me think, “Do not press the button.” But I’ve never regretted shaking up the grid. Recently, doing this gave me a third copy of Huntress, which I needed to upgrade the unit from common to uncommon.
Why You Should Use the Big Red Button
There are three things you need to focus on when progressing through Warcraft Rumble:
- Increasing your collection of minis and leaders.
- Getting additional copies of minis to upgrade them.
- Obtaining talents for your team.
Using the Big Red Button will help you with all three. It’s much quicker to reroll poor grid options than to wait several hours for it to reset on its own.
How to Get More Big Red Buttons
I’ve received most of my buttons with lucky RNG from the free daily rewards, but you can also get them through quests, increasing your collection level, and progressing through the single-player campaign. I’m trying to get into the habit of not hoarding them, but there’s still good reason to keep them for later. Warcraft Rumble is in its early stages, so these could be useful for future events.
That covers everything you need to know about Big Red Buttons in Warcraft Rumble. All in all, don’t be afraid to recycle your grid to get the best minis. You’ll need your strongest deck going into PvP and dungeons. For more on the game, such as our best builds and best leaders, check out our growing guides hub.
