How to Get Avarice Gloves in Last Epoch

Last Epoch will have you hunting down the best loot in a unique time-traveling adventure. You’ll meet interesting characters throughout your time traversing the timeline, and have the opportunity to get the Avarive Gloves along the way. Find out how to get them here.

Where to Get the Avarice Gloves in Last Epoch

Once you reach the Council Chambers, you’ll meet Ezra and a mischievous gambler named Artem. You have the option to pick up side quests for both of them, and they each seek the same ledger. Artem is trying to cover his tricky tracks, and Ezra wants the proof of the ledger. Choose to turn in the ledger to Ezra to receive the Avarice Gloves.

If you turn in the ledger to Artem, you receive another unique item, the Gambler’s Fallacy amulet. This amulet offers critical strike chance buffs, so it’s great for Rogue builds. Alternatively, the Avarice Gloves provide a buff to elemental damage leeched as health, so they’re suitable for every class. Here’s a breakdown of the stats for both items.

  • 3% of Elemental Damage Leeched as Health
  • 30% Increased Leech Rate
  • 13% Elemental Resistance

  • +100% Critical strike chance if you have not dealt a critical strike recently (within the last 4 seconds).
  • 50% less critical strike chance if you have dealt a critical strike recently (within the last 4 seconds).
  • 11 Health gain on crit.

Since both items are unique, you can’t affix any shards to them. So, the stats you see are the stats you get. I’ve found that the Avarice Gloves offer a great advantage in the early game, and are well worth the effort of a side quest.
