The long-awaited feudal Japan-themed RPG Rise of the Ronin is coming out soon and you can prepare for katana-wielding and gun-slinging early. Here are the Rise of the Ronin preload and unlock times. Rise of the Ronin Preload Times

Players can preload the game as early as March 15, 2024. If you’ve never tried this before, you can essentially download the entire game before it launches so you can dive right in as soon as it’s released.

1. Purchase the game before March 22.
2. Go to your Game Library on PS5.
3. Find and select Rise of the Ronin.
4. Select Download.

The game will now preload into your Game Library and you can play it as soon as the game launches.

Rise of the Ronin is coming out on PlayStation 5 on March 22, 2024. The Friday release date will see a lot of players surging into the game along with Dragon’s Dogma 2. That said, you might be wondering if you can get early access to Rise of the Ronin.

Unfortunately, early access isn’t possible. There are no editions of the game that grant you access a few days earlier than other players picking up the standard edition. This has been a recent trend with new game releases, but Rise of the Ronin has opted not to hop on the bandwagon.

The PS5 version of Rise of the Ronin is expected to be around 96 GB. This seems to be slightly above average for AAA games but it’s not the highest download size we’ve ever seen. That said, you might still need to clear up some space on your SSD.
