The Shadow Briefings are a great way to earn some extra Gold Bars, and there is no shortage of them. There are several types of Briefings to choose from, each requiring you to complete a different type of task. • Southeast of The Underworld
    • Southeast of Lavish Lair

Not all of the ones listed above will be available for every match. They have a chance to spawn in any of the locations, meaning they might differ each time.

After finding the Job Board at these locations, some may require you to travel further around the map to complete them. These spots are just the starting lines for these tasks, so get ready to explore and track down the required items.

How to Complete All Shadow Briefings in Fortnite

There are four different Shadow Briefing Job Boards to find around the map. Each one will require you to complete a different type of task. While some of them may be self-explanatory, like the Supply Drop, we have a more in-depth view of what they all are and how to complete them.

Bounty

The Bounty Shadow Briefings work just like the classic Bounty Boards. You interact with them to select a random player as your target. Their radius is shown to you on your map so you can track them down and attempt to eliminate them. You can also get partial credit for an assist or if your target gets poached (meaning someone else eliminates them before you get the chance).

Supply Drop

The Supply Drop one can be a pretty difficult challenge to complete. While it gives you many great supplies, it can also paint a target on your back. When you activate one of these Briefings, a supply drop will spawn in the world at a nearby spot, slowing lowering to the ground. The problem is that other players can also see them dropping and even open them if they get there first. You’ll need to reach it quickly and defend against approaching enemies.

Plunder

The Plunder Briefings are very similar to the Supply Drops, but perhaps a little safer. Once you activate these, you will see two locations on your map where you must dig for buried treasure. Only you can see these dig spots until you start digging them and the chests are revealed, then it’s free game. You’ll get two Rare Chests filled with loot to claim as long as you pick it all up before other players close in.

Last but not least, there are Vehicle Briefings. These Briefings will spawn a car nearby and require you to travel a certain distance to complete the task. It’s particularly handy if you need a getaway vehicle as well. Just be careful not to blast your music too loud.

Completing any of these Shadow Briefings will earn you some extra Gold Bars. Usually, 100 per challenge completed. You can only have one Shadow Briefing activated at a time. However, you can accept any number of them per match as long as you complete them one at a time.
