How to Unlock and Build the Jump Bot in Sand Land

Get all the parts you need for the Jump Bot

The Jump Bot is the second vehicle you’ll unlock in Sand Land. However, you’ll have to gather every part to assemble it first. I found this challenging and spent a few hours trying to do this since the game doesn’t tell you how. Here’s how to unlock and build the Jump Bot in Sand Land.

Sand Land: How to Unlock the Jump Bot

Once you reach Spino, you’ll have access to the “A Jump-Bot?! Gimmie!” quest. To unlock the Jump Bot, you’ll need to start this quest and obtain a Jump Bot Core Frame. You’ll have to go to the Lisab Battleship, north of the Junker Market, where you’ll have to defeat a Wannabe Junker in a giant Jump Bot. After you beat him, you’ll obtain the Core Frame.

How to Build the Jump Bot

After you get your hands on the Jump Bot Core Frame, you’ll need to get the rest of the parts to build it. However, unlike the frame, there’s not any main quest to get them. I spent close to three hours trying to find all of the parts. Luckily I eventually found the best place to farm for Jump Bot parts is at Spiral Mountain.

Here’s the list of all the Jump Bot Parts you’ll need:

  • Primary Weapom (Jump Bot)
  • Secondary Weapon (Jump Bot)
  • Engine (Jump Bot)
  • Suspension (Jump Bot)

This Wannabe Junker camp has plenty of enemies in Jump Bot that have a chance of dropping the parts you need. However, if you’re a bit under-leveled, make sure to stock up on Repair Kits so you can heal your Tank mid- battle. You’ll have to go through the camp quit a few times to gather all the parts you need. However, this is the most effective way.

Luckily, you can have all the enemies respawn by fast traveling to the nearby town of Talbo and heading back to Spiral Mountain. When you finally have all of the necessary parts, head back to Spino and speak to Ann to build the Jump Bot.
