Victory is, of course, the ideal outcome for all hard-fought battles, and the same is true in Men of War 2. You’ll be strategizing your way to victory throughout each situation in the game. Find out how to achieve victory in MOW2 here.

Achieving Victory in MOW2

Men of War 2 has multiple game modes to choose from — Story, Historical, Conquest, Raid, and Multiplayer. Regardless of your choice, you’ll want to win. You can track your chance at victory by viewing the stats at the top of the screen. You’ll notice an ideal score, with the current scores beside it. Once you reach the ideal score, you’ll achieve a win.

You can also keep track of all battlefield happenings live with the Battle Stats tab in the bottom right corner. Of course, the wins aren’t going to happen on their own. So, you’ll need to strategize with the tools at hand to get one. Here are my best tips to get a victory in Men of War 2.

Utilize Scout Units and Planes

Getting a leg up on the battlefield can be tough, but scouts and scouting planes are a great way to plan ahead. You can equip Recon Brigades in your units or Scout Planes. Deploying them on the battlefield will give you a chance to see enemy movements.

Keep Your Troops Supplied

Spawning units throughout the battlefield is the first thing that comes to mind, but it’s important to keep them stocked up for the fight ahead. Spawning ammo and supply crates near your units is ideal to keep the fight in your favor.

Use the Environment for Cover

You can move your units throughout the environment, making use of the foliage and structures around you. I always make sure to deploy my soldiers with substantial cover or stealth to prolong their chances. If there’s no ideal cover around, you can DIY it by asking your unit to build a trench in the action bar. You can even make use of high or low ground to surprise enemy forces.

Fortify Your Defenses

MOW2 offers many different situations to tackle, so you’ll want to adjust your strategy throughout the dynamic gameplay. For instance, you can build barricades further out from your base to slow down enemy forces, giving your units a chance to hold them off. Command your units to build with sandbags, mines, barbed wire defenses, and more.
