How to Get More Bananas in Banana Clicker Game on Steam

Virtual Banana Marketplace? What could POSSIBLY go wrong?

It is safe to say that at this point, hundreds of thousands of Steam users are wondering how to get more Bananas in this new Banana clicker game. Let’s see what you can do to enrich your inventory and increase your Banana collection in this absurd collection-clicker Banana game.

How to Obtain More Bananas on Steam

There are a few ways to get more Bananas in the game of Banana on Steam. The usual one is to wait for them to “drop” in your inventory, but for this, you need to wait, as regular bananas drop every 3 hours, and a rare banana shows up every 18 hours. From time to time, during this time frame, you should click on the banana within the game.

The other way is to buy them on the Steam Store page.

Five bananas are currently for sale in the in-game store, and all of them cost 0.25 EUR each. Strangely enough, these sell on Steam Market for:

  • 0.75 EUR (Shinobinana) – This one is alleged to be a “money printer go brrr” item.
  • 0.39 EUR (Hacked Banana)
  • 0.37 EUR (Blackholenana)
  • 0.32 EUR (Biosnana)
  • Disconana shows an error at the time of writing this article, and I do not see them listed on the Market.

If I learned from any “Supply and Demand” movements for new items on the Steam Market, such as new cases for CS2, it means that these prices will probably drop by the time these bananas become sellable from my inventory. Since I love doing investigative journalism, I wasted invested about 2 EUR into all of these “so you don’t have to” (I bought five pieces of Shinobinana since my childhood dream was to print money) to see what would happen in a week when I would be able to “resell” these items on the Market.

I’m in for the trip down the rabbit hole, and I’ll gladly report what happened in a week from now. This amount of money won’t be a huge dent in my budget if it’s a total loss, but I still implore you to be careful about how you are using your money with these volatile and unregulated markets because I legit feel there will be some of you reading this and thinking that this indeed might be a money printer machine.

Update on June 19th:

Of course, the price of Shinobinana has fallen so low that I wouldn’t even get the money I paid for it seven days ago. Here are the prices of the stuff I bought in-game:

  • 0.25 EUR (Shinobinana)
  • 1.42 EUR (Hacked Banana)
  • 0.26 EUR (Blackholenana)
  • 0.28 EUR (Biosnana)
  • 0.29 EUR (Disconana)

So, apparently, I missed out on the Hacked Banana hype.

If you get one of the rarest bananas by chance, my best advice would be to cash out and buy yourself some cool games on the next Steam Sale.
