The easiest place to kill a glowing creature in Fallout 76 is in any of the bunkers you’ll find on the east side of Appalachia. Look for the bunker icon on the map, which you’ll usually find in the utility and bathroom areas of the bunker. For instance, Ella Ames’ bunker is a great place to find them, and you’ll find Brain Fungus and Microscopes, both used for other timed challenges.

Here are all Glowing Creature Fallout 76 locations with their location marked on the map.

  • Appalachian Antiques: You’ll find one glowing Wendigo at this location.
  • Camden Park: You’ll find two glowing radroaches in the bathrooms.
  • Dolly Sods Wilderness: A couple of glowing radroaches have a chance to spawn here.
  • Freddy Fear’s House of Scares: One glowing variant NPC will be around this location.
  • Hemlock Holes: There are many glowing radroaches in the area where the Grafton Monster is.
  • Kiddie Corner Cabins: You’ll find one glowing Snallygaster at this location.
  • Mama Dolces Food Processing: There is one glowing radroach in the office bathroom.
  • Mount Blair Trainyard: There are lots of Mole Miners at this location. About 1 in 5 will have a chance to be a glowing variant.
  • Phillipi Battlefield Cemetary: Look for two glowing radroaches in the gift shop building. This location also has many canines for the kill a canine timed challenge.
  • The Whitesprings Golf Club: There will be a chance for up to four glowing radroaches to spawn in the showers of the clubhouse building.
  • Wavy Willards Water Park: There are a handful of glowing radroaches in the basement area of the water park.

Don’t overlook the importance of the Glow Sight perk, as it will help you complete the daily quest to kill a glowing creature in Fallout 76 by providing a certain percentage of increased damage to Glowing Enemies based on the perk level (60% increased damage at level 3).

Now that you know all glowing creature locations in Fallout 76, you’ll complete your timed challenges and earn those valuable season tickets.
