To complete the Eager Beaver Challenge, you need to:

• Be born a female in Los Angeles.
• Become an adult film star.
• Sleep with 10+ men.
• Sleep with 10+ women.
• Purchase 5+ homes worth $2,000,000+.

Be Born a Female in Los Angeles

Here, you start a Custom Life as usual with challenges. Pick female as your gender and The United States as your country. Then, you need to select Los Angeles as your place to check off the first task. As you Age Up, focus on earning money from gig work or a part-time job, especially if you have a low Looks stat. Looks will be the most important stat in this challenge.

Become an Adult Film Star

Once you graduate high school, go to Occupation > Job Listings and look for either Adult Film Star or Porn Set Janitor. For the first one, you check off the task right away. For the second one, you can be promoted to Adult Film Star if you go into the job menu and select Work Harder each year. This task has the most RNG, so if neither job pops up, take what you can to earn money and check again next year.

Sleep with 10+ Men and 10+ Women

Although you’ll occasionally get pop-ups about hooking up with somebody, that won’t be enough for this part of the challenge. Instead, go to Activities > Identity and select Bisexual. Then, go to Activities > Love > Hook Up and sleep with at least 10 men and 10 women. With your identity set to bisexual, you’ll have the chance to get either gender when selecting the hook-up option. Keep repeating this until you mark off the task.

Purchase 5+ Homes Worth $2,000,000+

You need at least $10 million total for this task. While you earn money as an adult film star, it probably won’t be enough. As such, you need to pick options like marrying rich or transitioning to a new, higher-paying career. Since you work as an adult film star, I recommend making an OnlyFans. You’ll get a decent number of subscriptions from the start and can make a lot of money from that and receiving tips. Then, go to Assets > Go Shopping and look at the real estate options for a home that costs a minimum of $2,000,000. Repeat this until you’ve done it at least five times, and check off the task.
