How to Complete the Espresso Challenge in BitLife

Enjoy some coffee and a vacation in this week’s challenge. You’re getting a part-time job, finding love, breaking up, and being especially nice to an ex. Luckily, the tasks this time aren’t difficult, and you should be able to complete them fairly fast. Here’s how to complete the Espresso Challenge in BitLife.

BitLife: How to Complete the Espresso Challenge Tasks

This week’s tasks are:

• Be born in Pennsylvania.
• Become a barista.
• Break up with someone.
• Go on vacation.
• Give an ex a Nintendo Switch.

Be Born in Pennsylvania

As usual, you start by creating a custom life. This time, you get to pick your gender. But you need to select the United States as your country and Philadelphia or Pittsburgh as your place. Since the only job goal is being a barista, you don’t need to focus on any particular stats while Aging Up.

Become a Barista

When your character turns 16, go into Jobs > Part-time Jobs and look for a Barista listing. If you don’t see it, then you need to Age Up and check again. Repeat this until you’re able to secure a barista job and check off the task.

Break Up with Someone

If you aren’t already dating somebody, then go to Activities > Love > Date and start dating the first choice. Then, break up with them by going to Relationships > Boyfriend/Girlfriend > Break Up. That’s all it takes to mark this task as complete. Although a lot of tasks can be done in any order, you need to complete this task before you’re able to complete the final task of giving an ex a Nintendo Switch.

Go On Vacation

Time to relax. Go to Activities > Vacation > Plan a Vacation. It doesn’t matter where you go, so you’ll want to base your choice on how much money you have. Picking a closer destination and cheaper class helps bring down the cost of your vacation. But if you have an inheritance or decided to get a higher paying job after working as a barista, then you can take a vacation as you please.

Give an Ex a Nintendo Switch

This is entirely RNG, and it took forever for me to complete the task because of it. After you break up with somebody, go to Relationships > Exes > Your Ex > Gift. The listings in the Gift drop-down menu are random, and you need to find a Nintendo Switch. So, if you don’t see it in the menu, close out and go back into Gift for a new set of options. Repeat this until you get the option for a Nintendo Switch.
