Moonfire Faire 2024 Event Guide for FFXIV

It's time to head to Costa del Sol once again for summer fun with the Moonfire Faire in FFXIV!

The Moonfire Faire has once again returned in FFXIV, and that includes the frustrating jumping puzzle that’s become an iconic part of the event. As long as you have a combat class at Level 30 or higher, you can get new rewards. Here’s the Moonfire Faire 2024 event guide for FFXIV.

FFXIV: How to Complete “Fire Red, Beast Green” for the Moonfire Faire

To get started, go to Limsa Lominsa’s Upper Decks and speak with Mayaru Moyaru (X: 11.4, Y: 13.8) for the quest “Fire Red, Beast Green.” This sends you to Costa del Sol, so use Aetheryte travel to head over and speak with Haermaga (X: 36.1, Y: 26.7), which leads to some distressed faire-goers.

Here, you speak with various guests around the small island you’re already on to find out about the monster they claim to have seen. It turns out somebody brought their pet cactuars to the faire, and now they’re loose and terrorizing the attendees. Head to (X: 35.4, Y: 27.4) to find the cactuar for your quest. After fanning the cactuar to calm it down, you complete “Fire Red, Beast Green” and receive the Uchiwasshoi emote.

FFXIV: How to Complete “Festival Fan Frenzy” for the Moonfire Faire

Next, you have the “Festival Fan Frenzy” quest to pick up from Beaudefoin (X: 35.4, Y: 27.4). As a continuation of the cactuar problem, you need to use the Uchiwasshoi emote on two cactuar. You’ll find them at (X: 34.2, Y: 32) and (X: 31.6, Y: 30). Then, return to the location where you picked up the quest to turn it into P’obyano. Finally, speak to Haermaga once more to finish the event quests and earn the “Summer’s Biggest Fan” achievement.

That wraps up the Moonfire Faire 2024 event guide in FFXIV. However, there’s a ton of other content to explore, and our FFXIV guide hub can help you answer pressing questions like how to unlock the Arcadion!
