Recently, a swarm of rumors have hinted at the release of a Fallout 4 showing during Bethesda’s first ever E3 event this summer. Past rumors surrounding the game have all been disregarded as myths as the results lead to hopeful gamers getting trolled. However there may finally be some weight to the most recent rumor as a developer’s resume portfolio was leaked on LinkedIn, and it shows a project titled “Fallout 4 Cinematic Trailer”.
From what can be seen, the trailer is being worked on by Mirada Studios which was founded by director Guillermo del Toro, Mathew Cullen, Javier Jiminez, and Guillermo Navarro in 2010. The company’s portfolio shows off all the clients they have worked for, some include Nike, Disney, and the singer Katy Perry. Along with Mirada Studios, the developer has shown off his chops in making trailers, as he has worked on the Far Cry 4 cinematic along with Forza Motor Sports.
With that said, it doesn’t necessarily mean that Guillermo del Torro will be working on the game, and it doesn’t mean that he specifically will be working on the trailer. What it could mean though, is that realistically speaking, Fallout 4 has a lot better of a chance to finally be announced at E3.
Fallout 4 has never looked better than it has now. The evidence leading up to Bethesda’s E3 conference shows something big. Along with the 20-30 minute open-world RPG gameplay demo, a leaked image of a developer working on Fallout 4’s trailer almost makes it certain that there is going to be a Fallout 4 announcement. The only thing we can do now is wait for the actual confirmation by Bethesda, as they do not respond to rumors.
