Microsoft has released the cinematic opening for their upcoming Halo 5: Guardians game. Spartan Locke and Fireteam Osiris are back and in combat, where they belong.
Information on Halo 5: Guardians
Halo 5: Guardians is a Xbox One exclusive game that releases October 27th, 2015. The main trust driving Halo 5 is an investigation of the true actions of Master Chief, and if the hero has become a traitor. Through playing Halo 5: Guardians, all questions should be answered regarding Master Chief and his true intentions.
Within the cinematic opening, the group is given orders to get a high-value target while also deploying in an attempt to take on the Covenant with Promethean forces in an epic battle.
Xbox One Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians Bundle
Along with the debut of Halo 5: Guardians, Microsoft is launching a special edition of their Xbox One to pair with Halo 5. Included in the console is a 1TB hard drive and a full copy of Halo 5: Guardians and a Warzone REQ bundle.
Pre-order is available for the Halo 5 Xbox One, for $500 through the Microsoft store.
Although the limited edition Xbox One comes with a Guardians wireless controller, Microsoft is also retailing both the Guardian’s controller and the Master Chief edition controller, both for $70 a piece.
Along with the bundles and hardware, Microsoft is retailing Halo 5: Guardians in a Standard Edition for $60, and also in a Limited Edition format for $100 and Collector’s Limited Edition for $250. With all the options, Halo fans will be able to afford a range of products suiting their specific needs.
