National DotA 2 Cup is a new online tournament introduced by ProDotA. The tournament boasts 16 teams from 16 different countries that will battle for a share of $10,000.
While National Dota 2 Cup doesn’t offer a huge prize pool, the DotA 2 community seems to like the idea. This is not just a battle for prize pool but also for the pride of their own country.
The Pitch:
We are a small organizers with really small budget, so we made some direct invited tournaments only.
However we had high numbers on the viewerships with Hitbox EU Championship, where we had 3 seasons so far and on ProDotA Cup which was sponsored by Twitch.
With National Cup we want to bring something new to the community and we hope everybody will love the event and the whole plan behind and we can make the next seasons with LAN.
