Today Warner announced that Mortal Kombat – Komplete Edition will be available for digital download on PC on July 3rd.
As a mostly PC gamer I am very excited to see the newest Mortal Kombat come to the PC. We have all been waiting for this for a long time, and High Voltage Software has heard our requests. The PC release will include all of the DLC that was available on the console versions, including Freddy Krueger. As a bonus we will be getting 15 Klassic Mortal Kombat skins and 3 Klassic fatalities for Sub-Zero, Scorpion, and Reptile.
The game will feature the traditional game modes including Tag-Team, Challenge Tower, 1 vs 1, King of the Hill, and a full-length Story. The game will also come with support for the Mortal Kombat Tournament Edition Fight Stick, as well as support for other windows controllers.
Overall
I can’t wait to get my hands on this and see how the community starts modding it. If you don’t want the digital download available on July 3rd they will be releasing a physical copy on August 2nd.
