The widely popular Rocket League is having a free weekend — from April 21st to the 24th. Rocket League is a fast-paced soccer meets driving physics-based multiplayer-focused game. It is the sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars which allows players to customize a variety of high-powered vehicles equipped with rocket boosters.
Psyonix, the developers of Rocket League, are also offering 40% off the game until the 25th of April. If you happen to already own Rocket League, they are also offering all bundles and DLC content for 20% off.
The free weekend ends right as Rocket League’s highly anticipated basketball mode is released. The “hoops” mode will be free on April 26th, and will be coming to PC (via Steam), Xbox One, and PS4. Psyonix has also teamed up with the NBA and is offering all 30 NBA team flags for $1.99 to give all of your games a more official NBA look. You can keep up to date with all of Rocket League updates on their official Steam page. You can see the official trailer for the new patch below.
