Gearbox has just released a new short film highlighting their newest Vault Hunter, Krieg in Borderlands 2.

Although his past is clouded in amnesiac mystery, his former self lives as a tiny voice within the ruthless killer.

I would trade my sanity for abs like that.

In the video we get a glimpse of the man he used to be, and the crazed psycho he is now.

As a bonus, we even see a possible glimmer of romance between him and….Maya?

Hey, who am I to judge love? Hell, they might even make a better couple than Mordecai and Bloodwing.
