The Georgia Game Developers Association recently announced a call for for speakers to present at the 11th annual Southern Interactive Entertainment and Game Expo (SIEGE) set for October 6 – 8, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Established in 2007, SIEGE is the largest professional game development conference in the southeastern United States. The theme for this year’s conference is “Climbing Your Skill Tree” in efforts to help game developers build the variety of skills that go into game development — including game design, programming, art, audio, and business.
SIEGE has regularly hosted and featured leading figures in the gaming industry. Some of this year’s speakers include Tripwire Interactive Vice President Alan Wilson, SMITE Senior Gameplay Programmer Mick Larkins, and renowned game composer Chris Rickwood.
According to a statement made by SIEGE Conference Director, Andrew Greenberg:
“We always appreciate speakers who submit great session ideas, and we are delighted with how these speakers share ideas with others on their panels. The speakers often learn as much as do their audiences.”
To apply as a potential speaker, visit the official SIEGE speakers page or email [email protected]. The call for speakers closes on Sunday, April 30th.
