Hi there! I am Runo, the player behind the look of Rjorn, and I’m here to post this submission in hopes that you the player like the look I’ve put together for my Norn warrior.
What may look like a simple two-tone color scheme at first look is in fact four: black cherry and heirloom dyes for the reds (coloring any cloth or leather materials of his motif), as well as ancient bronze dye (for all metals) and oil slick dye (for any bone or fur materials) making up his color scheme.
I find this armor setup also looks pretty sweet-looking in iron and gunmetal with sapphire and midnight blue dye; this mix of silvery metals with deep blue accent and trim gives the look a more knightly appearance! For a darker, more intimidating look, try Black or Abyss dye with Black Cherry and your choice of gold (I recommend Gold or Redemption dyes).
If you’re looking to recreate a similar aesthetic to the armor, you’ll need the following:
- Primeval Plate Armor
- Norn cultural heavy armor from Tier 1, 2 AND 3
- Rox’s Quiver & Eir’s Longbow
Fun Fact:
Rjorn’s armor cost just around four gold in dyes, about four gold for Eir’s Longbow, approximately thirty-six gold in armor purchases and 1100 Gems (500 for the Primeval plate set and 600 for Rox’s Quiver).
