Although the listings have now been removed, Game.es still has a link to an image of placeholder boxart. The release date on both listings was October 30.

In their June 2019 issue, V-Jump teased that “big” Digimon news would be revealed in the following issue, which will be released on May 21. It is possible this is where the Switch version will officially be announced alongside more information about upcoming strategy JRPG Digimon Survive and the brand new Digimon Story title currently in development for PlayStation 4.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory was originally released for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on December 14, 2017, in Japan and January 19, 2018, in North America and Europe. Rather than being a direct sequel to Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, it serves as an untold backstory which takes place at the same time as its predecessor. It also added new features such as Domination Battles, improved online battle modes, 92 previously unavailable Digimon, increasing the total number to 341.

It is currently unknown why only Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory has been leaked by itself without the original Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth. In December 2018, it was reported that the digital version of Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is no longer available to purchase on the PlayStation Store, with the reason being that the game was outdated and no longer being supported.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory are both currently available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, but only the latter is available digitally through the PlayStation Store.
