Yakuza: Like a Dragon All Vocational Exam Answers Guide

School sucks, but it doesn't have to with our Yakuza: Like A Dragon vocational exam answers guide.
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Yakuza: Like A Dragon has exams testing your knowledge on a number of topics at the Ounabara Vocational School. It costs time and money, but it’s definitely worth the hassle for the benefits Ichiban gains in the process. And with our Yakuza: Like A Dragon exam answers guide, you don’t even have to bother guessing at the right answer.

Recommended Videos

You first get access to the Ounabara Vocational School in Chapter 4, The Dragon of Yokohama.

Head to Daikokuten St near Jinnai Station, and you’ll trigger a cutscene starting the “Fast Times at Ounabara” substory. Finish the story to unlock Yakuza: Like A Dragon’s tests.

Yakuza Like A Dragon Exams

From then on, you can come back to Ounabara School and sit a number of different exams — if you’ve got the yen for it.

Each test costs between 30,000 and 50,000 yen, with two special tests that cost 100,000. They pull five from a pool of ten possible questions at random, and you’ve got 30 seconds to answer a question.

But it’s worth spending the money. Getting three out of the five questions right means you pass, and passing grants some substantial bonuses to Ichiban’s personal stats.

Higher level jobs require higher ranks for certain stats, as do dialogue options in certain NPC scenarios.

Fortunately, our Yakuza: Like A Dragon exam answers guide means you’ll get the best growth without ever wasting your hard-earned yen.

Note for some of the longer questions, we’ve used just the first and last sentence to improve readability, but the answers remain the same.

Ounabara Proficiency Test Answers and Questions

The Vocational School’s final challenge is the Ounabara Proficiency Exam, and you have to get all five questions right to pass. Fortunately, it’s not new material. The questions are rehashes of previous exam questions. You’ll get +100 Passion, Confidence, and Style for succeeding, but it’ll cost 100,000 yen too.

The questions are pulled at random, unfortunately, so you’ll just need to refer to all the above sections for whichever ones show up.
