Tips for Beating Braviary in Pokemon Go
Braviary Attacks
Braviary attacks come in several forms. It can have Steel Wing (Steel) or Aerial Ace (Flying) for its Fast Attack. It’s Charged Attack can be Heat Wave (Fire), Rock Slide (Rock), Close Combat (Fighting) or Brave Bird (Flying), though the likelihood of it having a Flying attack to get the type bonus is high.
Braviary Weaknesses
Braviary is a Flying/Normal Pokemon from the Unova region. Its Flying type makes it primarily weak to:
- Rock
- Ice
- Electric
- Fighting
Best Braviary Counters
The best counters against Braviary are Rock, Ice of Electric Pokemon with matching moves to take advantage of the type bonus. Here are some examples from each type:
- Rock: Terrakion, Golem, Aggron
- Ice: Kyurem, Shadow Mamoswine, Glaceon
- Electric: Zekrom, Magnezone, Luxray
You’ll want to keep any Bug, Grass, or Fighting Pokemon out of your team for this fight since they are weak to Braviary. You’ll also want to avoid using Bug, Grass, Fighting, Ground, or Ghost moves since it’s resistant to them.
