If you have a high-end PC or laptop with dedicated gaming GPU, then these settings will provide the smoothest gameplay experience without having to sacrifice too much in terms of quality.

  • Resolution: Full Screen
  • FPS: 60
  • V-Sync: On
  • Rendering Quality: 1.4
  • Shadow Quality: Medium
  • Reflection Quality: Low
  • Character Quality: High
  • Environmental Detail: High
  • Bloom Effect: Low
  • Anti-Aliasing: TAA
  • Light Quality: Medium

If your PC or laptop has an older generation CPU and/or GPU, then you’ll most likely have to lower those settings a bit. Based on our experience, HSR runs really smooth with the graphics and performance settings listed below.

Best GPU Settings for Honkai Star Rail

We also recommend optimizing your GPU settings on PC for an even better performance of Honkai Star Rail. Note that in many cases, these settings may play an even more important role than the in-game settings based on what we’ve found.

Those with nVidia GPUs can also improve their performance by making these changes in the nVidia control panel:
