Honkai Star Rail Character Tier List

Having a Honkai: Star Rail character tier list can help you build an optimal team and make the decision of which characters you should put your resources into for leveling and upgrading. In this list, we’ll be looking at which tiers the 5-Star characters in HSR fit in, and that can air you in deciding if you want to pull for them, or if you want to hold onto your pulls to use on future banners.

Honkai Star Rail Character Tier List

If you’ve seen our 4-Star and 5-Star Light Cone ranking, you’ll find that the tier system I’m using here to categorize 5-Star characters is very similar.

• S Tier characters are the best that you can get in the current version of the game.
• A Tier characters are above average and great for filling in team slots that you don’t have an S Tier option for.
• B Tier characters are average or more situational.
• C Tier characters are below average or too situational to be worth using if you don’t have to. None of the 5-Star characters available fall into this tier.

S Tier 5-Star Characters

• Bailu
• Bronya
• Clara
• Gepard
• Seele
• Welt

A Tier 5-Star Characters

• Himeko
• Trailblazer (Preservation)
• Yanqing

B Tier 5-Star Characters

• Trailblazer (Destruction)

And that completes our tier list for the current 5-Star characters. Of course, you might find that characters that are listed in lower tiers work well for you with your choice of team. This list will also change as new characters are added, such as the potential upcoming characters Fu Xuan and Luocha.
