Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom — Where to Find Hestu in TotK

Knowing where to find Hetsu in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is essential if you want to increase your inventory space. While the Fuse ability is a game-changer, letting you create hundreds of unique weapons, you can’t use them if you can’t carry them. As in Breath of the Wild, you’ll have limited space in your pockets but many items to put in them. Our guide tells you how to find each of the TotK Hetsu locations.

All Hetsu Locations in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Hestu is the dancing master of the Koroks, who will collect the seeds that you find scattered across Hyrule. There are 1,000 of these little guys that you can collect by solving environmental puzzles found throughout the land (and no, I didn’t add an extra 0 accidentally). Once you have a handful of Korok Seeds — which won’t take long for the inquisitive player — it’s time to find Hestu and cash out.

First Hestu Location in Tears of the Kingdom

The first place you’ll find Hestu in Tears of the Kingdom is in Lindor’s Brow at coordinates  (-1714, 1067, 0202). Talking to him here will start the Hestu’s Concerns side quest, which will introduce you to the character and how Korok seeds work if you’re new to the series.

After Hestu provides you with two upgrades at this location, he’ll mention he’s heading east for a place to relax. For now, wander off for a bit and do something else before traveling to Lookout Landing.

Second TotK Hestu Location

Hestu’s primary location in TotK is Lookout Landing, the first town hub in the game. After your first find him, he’ll continuously return here until you begin the quest to save the Great Deku Tree. You can find him in the southern corner of the town, close to the General Store. Here, you can trade your Korok seeds for more Inventory slots.

Third Hestu Location

You’ll need to start the Deku Tree side quest for Hestu to move one more time. After you’ve completed it, the NPC will teleport to the Lost Woods. As far as I’ve discovered, this is where he stays for the remainder of game once you’ve completed this late-game side quest.

And that’s where to find Hestu in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Though he doesn’t stay in one place, he’s luckily not much of a globetrotter. The “hardest” part is discovering his first location and knowing what happens if you complete the Deku tree quest. But otherwise, getting the Korok Seeds proves the most taxing.
