Announced on a blog post on Capcom Unity, it was revealed the title would be released on August 30th and will contain all the extras that past versions included, like the Assignment Ada Wong chapters and the unlockable weapons and costumes found in the PS2 version of the game.
Since its original release, Resident Evil 4 has been called one of the greatest games of all time, receiving widespread praise and making an impact on future 3rd person action games. It has since been ported to PS2, PS3, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 and PC.
