Wargaming.net has released Version 8.1 of their popular World of Tanks, introducing 22 new vehicles including classic British tanks such as the Centurion, the Cromwell and the Conqueror. In the continuing improvements that have recently allowed more realistic visuals and physics, a number of maps have been remodelled. Province, El-Halluf and Abbey have all been tweaked to promote more varied tactical options and Dragon Ridge has been reintroduced to the map cycle.

With the introduction of war-steeds, LotRO players are now able to engage in horseback combat, which is dependent on momentum and positioning as much as more traditional MMO combat techniques. New skills and disciplines have been introduced which augment existing abilities and provide a whole new depth to combat and tactics as the vast plains of Rohan are explored.
