If you’re looking forward to Grand Theft Auto V but have been under a rock these past few days, you may be surprised that the game has been put up on the PlayStation Network for preload and that the PlayStation 3 hacking community is all over that shiz like flies on meat.
One video hit YouTube that claims to be of the game’s theme song, specifically the one at the title screen. Give the video in the header a listen.
Whether this is legitimate or not cannot be confirmed until the game’s release on September 17th, but it is very true that the PlayStation 3 hacking community is wracking their brains trying to crack the game before release. Dozens of screenshots of loading screens and other assets have hit the internet, but the general consensus of these “leaks” is that they are fake.
The above sound file is rumored to have not been encrypted, but you should take that with a grain of salt.
As this is being written, Rockstar is taking action to remove any and all semblance of cracked assets from Grand Theft Auto V. If you want to give the above tune a listen, now is the time!
