Today’s trailer reveal was nothing more than a revisit of the in game footage from Boss Key’s Pax East conference which I had originally attached below. Tomorrow is supposed to be the big reveal so prepare yourself for something that will hopefully be more epic than today’s trailer.

ORIGINAL

Gears of War creator, Cliff Bleszinski, and his new studio Boss Key are set to reveal a bunch of details about their upcoming game called Project Bluestreak this week.

Originally thought to be called “The Shattering” since that’s what the name of the website teasing the game is labeled as, Bleszinski kindly corrected these rumors via his Twitter.

The website was launched on Sunday and contains a timer counting down until the final trailer of 3 is revealed.

The video at the top of this article is the first trailer that was revealed today, 8/24, at noon. As you can see trailers 2 and 3 are set to be released at noon on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively.

So what exactly is Project Bluestreak? According to all of the information so far on it, the game will be a free-to-play FPS for the PC. Bleszinski’s track record is a fairly impressive one so when he says that he is excited for a game, the odds are that players are in store for a treat.

Back in April at Pax East, Boss Key revealed a pre-Alpha trailer of the game and let players know that it would be built using Unreal Engine 4.

Details on the game are still being kept tightly under wraps, but the website contains an “Alpha Testers” tab hinting at the possibility of players testing out the game before its release date which is still a mystery.

Tune in tomorrow as I will update this article with the other two trailers from the website as they are revealed.
