Seems next to impossible to keep a secret in the gaming industry lately. The sequel to NetherRealm Studio’s fighter Injustice: Gods Among Us has been outed and is expected to be revealed in a few weeks during E3.
Thanks to a “helpful tipster”, a snapshot for what is assumed to be a promotional poster was sent to Polygon. In addition to the poster, Polygon also reported that letters sent to Gamestop managers were shared with the news outlet. The letter explained that the limited edition posters were to be given to customers who pre-order Injustice 2, while supplies last.
Following the report, NetherRealm Studio’s director and founder Ed Boon essentially confirmed the rumor with this less-than-cryptic tweet.

Despite the lack of an official announcement, it looks like fans of the Injustice series can start popping the champagne bottles ahead of E3.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is a fighting game by Mortal Kombat developer NetherRealm Studios that pits heroes and villains from the DC Universe against one another.
Video game leaks are apparently trending lately, seeing as how Dead Rising 4 and Destiny‘s “Rise of Iron” both had their secrets unveiled recently ahead of schedule.
