Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XV continues to shine despite being released nearly a year ago. This band-of-brothers adventure boasts a strong, compelling story — albeit one that is completely linear. To keep things fresh, Square Enix has provided regular updates and content additions.
Right now, there’s a limited-time event going on called the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. The Carnival is on its second run, with only a generic “late September” end date. One of the “can’t miss it or you’ll regret it” items available in this event is the Dream Egg. This little item is required to unlock some of the Assassin’s Creed tie-in outfits that were announced for the game not long ago.
How do you get the Dream Eggs? It’s pretty easy! Keep reading this FFXV guide for everything you need to know to get this exclusive item.
Where to Get the Dream Egg in FF15
The first thing you’ll want to do is confirm you have the Holiday Pack installed from the PlayStation Store. Once that’s done you will find the Moogle Chocobo Carnival under the tab labeled Special. Simply load your save game and you’re good to go!
To get your Dream Egg, you just need to finish one particular quest called “Interrupted by Fireworks”. Once you complete it, the egg will be automatically added to your inventory, and a notification will pop to inform you of your new acquisition. Players have reported that if you focus on the egg-rewarding quest alone, you can finish it within an hour.
