Minecraft 1.19 snapshot 22w13a includes ancient cities, a new type of the underground settlements located in the deep dark biome, and does not require a manual installation.
The new snapshot also adds Allay, a passive flying mob, which can be used for transporting items, and thus greatly increasing the chances of survival. These mobs typically spawn inside pillager outposts and woodland mansions.
Our monthly guide of the top Minecraft seeds includes an ancient city at spawn, some rare island villages, settlements encircled inside mountains, and many other cool features.

Here one of the village huts gets completely consumed by the jungle temple. Fortunately, the house itself is not damaged, and you can still live in there, and maybe even set up your base within the temple.
