It turns out that information found in CoroCoro magazine was in fact the information we were supposed to get on May 19. So what’s a Pokemon fan itching for more information on the X and Y supposed to do? Wait for June 11 to roll by to get a big batch of juicy info on November’s Pokemon X/Y release, of course.
Nintendo’s intent to “go small” with E3 is old news by now, but this Pokemon presentation paired with the pre-E3 Smash Bros. and Mario Kart Nintendo Direct presentation shows that Nintendo are still gunning to have an exciting event.
Two sources (so far) have confirmed the Pokemon X/Y presentation, which will apparently also be a question and answer panel. It does not seem this presentation will be streamed.
Kotaku’s Jason Schreier and GameXplain both mention the presentation on Twitter. GameXplain even confirms that President and CEO of The Pokemon Company Tsunekazu Ishihara and GAME FREAK director Junichi Masuda will be present at the June 11 panel. Will we receive the answers we seek? We have three weeks to find out!
