Tickets for BlizzCon will be sold in two batches on Wednesday, April 15 at 7 p.m. PT and Saturday, April 18 at 10 a.m. PT. They will be sold through the online event ticket service, Eventbrite for $199 (plus applicable taxes and fees).
But there will also be a chance for a limited number of tickets with the special pre-BlizzCon Benefit Dinner the evening of Thursday, November 5 in support of Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). Guests will have a chance to meet up and chat with the Blizzard Entertainment team. More information to come on pricing and availability.
Eventbrite Sale Preparation
BlizzCon tickets will once again be sold through the Eventbrite service. Last year, there was no queue system set up and the sales page required a refresh. Those attempting to purchase tickets may be placed in a waiting room before they can enter the check out process.
Before clicking “Order Now” make certain that the quantity amount is correct as it will automatically be set for 1. There will not be the option to change ticket quantities after clicking “Order Now”. And there will be a cap limit of 4 tickets per household!
Once successfully in the check out process, buyers will have 8 minutes to input their payment methods. If this is not done in those 8 minutes, they will be removed from the process and their tickets will be available once more.
Important information may be changed after purchasing, but at least the buyer’s First and Last Name and E-mail Address will be required. If there are more than one attendees going to BlizzCon, their information will be to be added before August 14th to claim their tickets.
Make sure to become familiar with the EventBrite site. Sign-up today, save the event (Facebook Required), and prepare that F-5 key!
