Clean Up Tifa’s Bar With Powerwash Simulator’s Free Midgar Special Pack DLC

Powerwash Simulator's upcoming free DLC pack will be based on vehicles and locations from Final Fantasy VII Remake.

Developer FuturLab and publisher Square Enix have announced that the masterful indie title Powerwash Simulator will be receiving its next bit of free DLC soon. Based on vehicles and locations from Final Fantasy VII Remake, the “Midgar Special Pack” will be available for free starting on March 2, 2023. It will contain five levels and task players with cleaning up after the filthy citizens of Mako city.

As revealed on Powerwash Simulator’s website, the levels included will be:

  • The Hardy Daytona and Shinra Hauler
  • A Scorpion Sentinel
  • Tifa’s bar, the Seventh Heaven
  • The Mako Energy Exhibit
  • The formidable Airbuster

As with the previous Tomb Raider-themed DLC pack, the “Midgar Special Pack” will be available for free to all owners of Powerwash Simulator. You’ll simply access these special levels via the main menu under the “Specials” section. If you access that menu and the levels aren’t there, you’ll be prompted to update your game to get the new content.

Powerwash Simulator is available on PC (via Steam and Xbox Game Pass), Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch for $24.99. As one of the standout games of 2022, you owe it to yourself to at least give it a shot. If nothing else, cleaning iconic vehicles and locations from classic gaming franchises is worth a look.
