The highly anticipated MMORPG Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) is set to be released sometime next Spring on the PC, XBox One, and PlayStation 4. We’re still anxiously waiting for an official release date, according to uk.gamespot.com. After watching the cinematic trailer via YouTube, I was so thrilled and amazed at what this game will have to offer! But remember gamers: patience is a virtue.

ESO creators are looking to the future of the MMO, according to uk.gamespot.com. They seek to “release new content frequently” in order to keep up with high demand from hardcore ESO gamers. The creators say that they always want to bring something new to the table to keep ESO fans engaged in the game, so they’re planning to keep all of us busy! They’re working towards a bright future for the Elder Scrolls series, and that starts with gamers like us. They’re making sure we’re high priority and they plan to show it! How sweet of them!

According to uk.gamespot.com, Zenimax Online Studios’ creative director Paul Sage believes that “players are more engaged in a game if they know new content is coming” and referred to the new content topic as a “trust issue between the developer and the gamer”. So the question is, will you still be playing ESO despite frequent, new content or stagnant content? And better yet, what will your character look like?

How deep does your loyalty go when it comes to ESO? What do you think of the frequent new content ESO has planned for you?

And in case you weren’t aware, you can still sign up to participate in Beta Testing for ESO for the PC, Mac, PlayStation 4 and XBox One, according to their official website. That might help soothe some of the anticipation!
