Fallen Legion to Release in North America on July 18

The pair of PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita indie RPGs have moved up from their original release date.

Developer YummyYummyTummy has announced that its upcoming games, Fallen Legion: Sins of an Empire and Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion, will now release in North America on July 18, while Europe will still get the games on the original release date of July 25.

Players who pre-order Fallen Legion: Sins of an Empire on PlayStation 4 will get Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion on PlayStation Vita as a free bonus gift.  Additionally, PlayStation Plus subscribers who pre-order Fallen Legion will get a 20 percent discount. The games will each cost $19.99 once they have been released.

Prior to the July 18 release date, attendees of EVO 2017 will be able to play Fallen Legion at the MIX Indie showcase. The playable level is exclusive to the event and will not appear in the final game.

Fallen Legion‘s development team is also set to host a “How to Succeed as an Indie Game Developer” panel at San Diego Comic-Con International 2017 on July 22 at 6 PM. The panel will feature Andy Ngyuen from PocketWatch Games (Tooth and Tail), Ian Flood from Yacht Club Games (Shovel Knight), voice actors Xanthe Huynh (Persona 5) and Darrel Delfin (Kill La Kill), and composer Rika Muranaka (Metal Gear Solid).
