Pro Janitor Police, the forthcoming debut game from indie company AdaptivElite, will be released on October 12th, 2013. As of today, the game is live now on Steam’s Greenlight community platform and is seeking support.

The game, which was unveiled to the public for the first time at PAX East 2013 in Boston, revolves around a team of janitors, tasked with taking on a viral threat that explodes out of control and into the city.

Showing shades of gameplay relative to Contra and other classic sidescrollers and platformers, and with art inspired by games like Castle Crashers, the game hopes to take its place in the library of exciting action arcade games on the Steam platform.
