The last game in the Batman: Arkham trilogy, Rocksteady Studios plans to release Arkham Knight on the most exclusive, New-Gen platforms including the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC.

To differentiate itself from its predecessors, the final Arkham game will be flaunting a whole new way to travel– the newly locked and loaded Batmobile.

With the newly equipped Batmobile at your side, players will guard the city of Gotham against the ultimate threat, as Scarecrow returns to unite divided criminals and wreak havoc on the city we’ve come to know and love.

Players will “tear through the streets and soar across the skyline” in an attempt to guide Batman through his final test to become the true champion of Gotham.

Batman: Arkham Knight is currently scheduled for release in 2015. The reason for delaying the October 14, 2014 release was to give Rocksteady Studios time to “make sure [they’re] absolutely nailing it 100%.”

By pre-ordering the game at Best Buy, GameStop, or another comparable location, players will unlock Harley Quinn as a playable character, along with exclusive maps, weapons, and abilities.
