Tales of Graces F made its belated appearance on European and North American PS3s last year, and this year Tales fans in the West are getting Tales of Xillia. Late is better than never, right?
The above footage covers some battles and gives a taste of the game’s combat and voice acting. Tales of Xillia 2 was released in Japan last November, pushing the series past the 15 million sold mark. This may seem a bit low considering the age of the series, but it isn’t too bad considering the niche nature of the titles (action JRPGs) and the lack of marketing for the international versions of the games.
As always, be sure to pick Xillia up if you happen to be a Tales fan. No sales means no new releases — and we definitely want to see Tales of Xillia 2 get a localization as well. Look for an official announcement from Namco Bandai on the release of Tales of Xillia on the PS3 later this year.
