Free 3DS Game Promotion Offered in Africa and Europe

Super Smash Bros, Pokemon Omega Ruby, and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire will offer gamers a choice from eight premium games

Three Nintendo 3DS games bought in Western Europe and South Africa will now include a free premium game as part of a promotion.

Nintendo will be offering the promotion for customers who buy Super Smash Bros, Pokemon Omega Ruby or Pokemon Alpha Sapphire between Sept. 11 and Jan. 12.

Gamers can choose from one of the following titles:

  • Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
  • Kirby: Triple Deluxe
  • the Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
  • Mario Golf: World Tour
  • Mario Party: Island Tour
  • Pokemon Art Academy
  • Yoshi’s New Island

In order to receive the free download code, gamers must register a 3DS or 2DS device along with the game between the promotional period. Retail purchases will also include an additional survey.

The download code must be requested by Feb. 12 and redeemed by March 12.

Nintendo’s promotion is being offered in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.  There is no indication if a Nintendo promotion will be offered in the United States.
