Just today, the publisher GamesCo which is the same publisher that brought us Grimm: Dark Legacy, announced a new PC title JCB Pioneer: Mars. Created in partnership with JCB, which is one of the world’s largest construction equipment manufactures, this game combines free world space exploration with survival of the fittest elements.

Mainly, players will not only need to survive weather elements like deadly radiation, meteor strikes, dust clouds, electrical storms and much more, but will need to work together with other players online to build extensive complex bases with resources gathered around the “Red Planet”. Probably one of the best things about this game is not only the exploration, but players actually have access to state-of-the-art vehicles that were designed by actual JCB engineers, which they can use to design the bases themselves.

This online PC survival title will be an online open-world sandbox F2P game that is set to be launched in late 2016. It requires players to co-operatively explore and colonize the “Red Planet” using the JCB designed vehicles which one of them is showcased below in an in-game screenshot.

Let’s hope that after being transported 78 million miles from Earth, you can learn how to withstand temperatures as low as minus 195 degrees Fahrenheit!
