Both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are selling exceedingly well and customers are flocking to the new consoles like flies to a picnic sandwich. The only problem is that while Microsoft continues to have systems available for its fans, Sony has had a tough time keeping up with demand. Of course, this means that everyone loves the little black parallelepiped; and that is a good thing for the tech giant.
It’s about time we get some more PS4s in stock.
Fear not fellow gamers! You may see more consoles soon. According to GameStop Senior Merchant Darron Nielsen, the popular gaming store is getting a fresh shipment from Sony. He says,
“As expected, we experienced tremendous customer demand for the new PS4 console during the initial launch and throughout the holiday season, selling out of the consoles just as quickly as we could stock them. We have been working closely with Sony to replenish our inventory levels of the PS4 as quickly as possible to ensure the many customers still looking to purchase one are able to do so.”
The consoles will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Make sure you check on availability at GameStop’s online store, or by calling a local store. Please be aware that even though it has been two months since release day, the supply of PS4s are very limited and there is no guarantee that you will get to snatch one up in time.
