If you have ever suspected that Bigfoot may be real, in Grand Theft Auto I mean, well your suspicions are correct because Grand Theft Auto 5 not only has a hidden Sasquatch, but it is also a playable character as well.
In addition to the replay editor being added to Xbox One and PS4, a new Achievement/Trophy called Cryptozoologist has been added. In order to earn this new addition, gamers must collect all animals for use in Director Mode. This is done by discovering peyote plants in the game world.
Reddit user YourAdultFriend noticed that the description for the Cryptozoologist read, “you unlocked all animals for use in Director Mode… or did you?” implying additional hidden animals in the game.
Reddit user rkRusty decided to do further investigation into the Bigfoot theory and discovered coordinates for a location in the Chiliad State Wilderness that housed the golden peyote plant that unlocks Bigfoot.
To access the peyote, gamers must have completed the game, the weather needs to be foggy, and it needs to be between 5:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. on a Tuesday (in-game).
What do you think of Bigfoot as a playable character? Will you be willing to trek through the fog at 5:30 a.m. on a Tuesday?
